We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be returned in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and customer safety, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used medical devices (e.g., CGMs, glucometers, lancets)

  • Personal hygiene or care products

  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Downloadable digital content or software

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team. We may request photos or video for verification.

We will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement at no additional cost

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.
